Building a 2-storey contemporary residential in Iloilo City. I notice they use concrete/hollow blocks for walls there. Being hot & humid there, we’re installing ac units. Do you use insulation in the building to make it energy efficient?
Also, I’d like a rooftop patio veggie & flower garden. What are the best steps to insure water doesn’t damage the interiors below rooftop?
